St. Nick Spritz
What’s a holiday cocktail without a little bit of bubbly? On Episode 2 of Crafts, Cocktails and Conversation with Carmeon Hamilton, our cocktail for the day was a St. Nick Spritz, aka our take on a classic St-Germain Spritz.
Bubbly and floral (St-Germain is made with fresh elderflowers), this refreshing spritzer takes just 2 minutes to whip up, and is perfect for those who crave the bubbles of a champagne toast but also want a lil added flava!
St. Nick Spritz
Ingredients
- 2 oz St-Germain
- 1 oz Tonic Water
- Squeeze of lemon
- Top with Chandon brut champagne
- Garnish with lemon curl, sprig of rosemary and pomegranate seeds
This is one of the easiest cocktail recipes that you will ever make; just combine all of the ingredients into a glass (a champagne flute or chic coupe glass will do) and then garnish with a lemon twist, rosemary sprig, or mint.
Pro tip: to balance out the floral flavor of the St-Germain liqueur, choose a dry, crisp brut champagne for a refreshing cocktail that’s a little tart yet sweet.
Enjoy!
