I’m Carmeon Hamilton, a Memphis-based interior designer, entrepreneur, and cultural voice with more than 15 years of experience spanning healthcare, residential, retail, and merchandising design. She is the CEO of Nubi Interiors and Hamilton Media Inc., winner of HGTV’s Design Star: Next Gen, and the star of HGTV’s Reno My Rental. Rooted in authenticity and guided by gratitude, my work centers on elevating the everyday; creating environments, content, and experiences that help people discover beauty not only in their spaces, but in the lives they are already living. My work and perspective have been featured in Architectural Digest, Southern Living, Essence, Domino, and more, and I was selected as the designer for the 2024 HGTV Urban Oasis Home. Whether designing interiors, partnering with Fortune 100 brands, or speaking to audiences around the country, I blend intention, warmth, and elevation, striving for excellence while always leaving room for humanity.

With more than 15 years of experience across healthcare, residential, retail, and merchandising design, my work is grounded in a deep understanding of how environments shape the way people feel, live, and connect. My design philosophy centers on authenticity, gratitude, and elevating the everyday; helping people find beauty not only in their spaces, but in the lives they are curating.

With a keen eye for design and a natural gift for storytelling, I’ve built a respected lifestyle platform rooted in my belief that beauty is both accessible and transformative. I have been named one of Architectural Digest’s Rising Stars, voted among the Top Interior Designers in Memphis and featured in national publications including Southern Living, Essence, and Domino.

In 2021, I competed against designers from across the country and won HGTV’s Design Star: Next Gen, earning my own series, Reno My Rental. The show reflects my philosophy of empowering people to live beautifully within their real lives; transforming rental spaces without compromising structure while highlighting local artisans and thoughtful design solutions. I was also selected as the designer for the 2024 HGTV Urban Oasis Home, one of the network’s signature sweepstakes homes.

Beyond television and design, I lead Hamilton Media Inc., partnering with Fortune 100 brands to create thoughtful, story-driven content that blends design, culture and lifestyle. I’m frequently sought after for my perspective on design, business and intentional living through speaking engagements, panels and interviews.

At the heart of everything I do is a deeply personal philosophy: elevating the everyday, practicing gratitude and creating environments—physical and emotional—that allow people to live well. A self-proclaimed modern bohemian, I’m also a devoted mother to my son, Davin, a committed community builder in Memphis and a woman on a mission to steward a beautiful life while helping others do the same.
