We’ve hinted before that we would be looking to add to the Hamilton Media & Nubi Interiors team, and that time has finally come! We’re looking to add both a full time Interior Designer and a Digital/Social Media Marketing Intern to our team to help with all of the client and brand work that we have on deck this year. I’d love to have a Designer in the Memphis area that can be in office with us and join us on site for local projects, but I’m absolutely willing to look outside of Memphis (remote position) for the best candidate for the team!

Digital/Social Media Marketing Intern
Description:
The Digital/Social Media Marketing Intern will assist in creating and curating engaging strategized content for the company’s digital platforms. The ideal candidate for this position is creative, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of social media trends. As our Digital/Social Media Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our target audience across various digital platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage digital media accounts
Conduct market research to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities for digital marketing
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies
Analyze and report on the performance of social media and digital marketing campaigns
Assist in managing and updating the company website with relevant content
Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative campaign ideas
Help maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent online presence
Support the creation of multimedia content such as videos, still images, and infographics
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Tik Tok, Threads, YouTube and Instagram
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools
Proficiency in using digital media management and analytics tools
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box for content ideas
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Nubi Interiors is seeking a skilled Interior Designer to contribute to the design and delivery of the firms residential and boutique commercial projects. The position will help in the execution of interior designs and ensure that all results meet the established design goals for each project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist principle designer in the execution of interior designs and ensure that all results meet the established design goals for each project. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
Aid in on-site note taking during consultations and project check-in
Aid in all measuring/information gathering/programing for each project
Develop designs with multiple options and differentiations and possess the ability to communicate the differences
Execute all visual communication on behalf of the design firm.

CAD drawings
Revit drawings
3D renderings
Digital presentations and story boarding
Manages development of FF&E needs
Aid in the development and management of project budgets

Work cooperatively with internal team, contractors, vendors and clients
Initiate design concepts based on program requirements
Bring familiarity of products and vendors, and advanced knowledge of materials
Research new product ideas and propose FF&E and sustainable selections while working within budget limits
Participate in industry-specific organizations and community/civic events on behalf of the firm, seeking opportunities to expand personal network and gain additional knowledge through mentorship opportunities
